Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
At Mangalmurti Collection, every product goes through proper quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product or wrong item, we are here to help with an exchange.
1. Conditions For Exchange
We do not accept returns for any products. Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong size received
- Wrong color or wrong product received
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request an exchange, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the sealed package
- Show the complete unboxing process without cuts
- Clearly display the issue with the product
⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process
- Record a proper unboxing video showing the issue.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order details along with the video proof.
- After verification, our team will provide exchange instructions.
- The product must be returned in original condition with packaging.
4. Important Notes
- No refunds are available
- No returns are accepted
- Exchanges are only applicable for eligible issues
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Mangalmurti Collection reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
